How long does the logo design process take?
Our standard turnaround time for initial logo concepts is typically 5-7 business days. The full branding package, including revisions, may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of changes requested.
Can I use my own colour scheme, fonts, or icons?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share their preferred colours, fonts, and any design elements they’d like incorporated into their branding.
Can I request revisions to my logo design?
Yes! Our packages include multiple revisions, so you can fine-tune the design until it perfectly represents your brand.
Do you provide business card and stationery designs?
Yes! Our branding packages include business card designs, letterheads, and social media assets, such as a Facebook cover photo, to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
What if I don’t have a clear idea for my logo?
No problem! Our design team will guide you through the process, providing professional recommendations based on your industry, target audience, and brand personality.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not happy with my logo?
We strive for complete client satisfaction with our multiple revision process. However, since design work is custom, refunds are typically not provided once concepts have been delivered.
Will I own the rights to my logo?
Yes! Once the final logo is approved and delivered, you receive full ownership rights, allowing you to use it however you like.
What if I already have a logo but it just needs refreshing?
Whether you're in need of a completely new logo or looking to hit refresh on an existing logo - we can capture the vision you're after, with as much or as little input as diesired.
