Innovate websites typically take 2–3 weeks and Elevate websites 3–5 weeks. Automate projects are scoped individually. Timelines depend on how quickly content and feedback are provided, and we'll confirm yours before we start.
You supply your website text, and we'll guide you on exactly what's needed for each page. If you'd prefer us to write it, we can quote for professional copywriting.
Yes. Innovate includes up to 10 stock images and Elevate up to 20, selected to suit your brand. However, your own photos always work best, so we'll use them wherever you can supply them. Premium licensed images can be quoted separately.
Innovate and Elevate are fixed-price projects with a 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch. Automate projects have staged payments set out in your quote. All pricing is ex. GST.
Our web design packages focus on design and build. Every website is built on a clean, mobile-friendly structure that gives search engines a solid foundation, but ongoing SEO isn't included. When you're ready to grow your visibility in Google and AI search, our AI SEO and Local SEO services can help bring more customers to your new site.
Not if it's done properly. Before launch, we review your existing site and set up any necessary 301 redirects from old pages to new ones, so the visibility you've already built carries over to your new site.
Yes. Your website is built on WordPress, one of the easiest platforms to manage, and you'll receive a quick-start guide showing you how to update text, images and pages. If you'd like a walkthrough, just ask during your launch support period. If you'd rather leave updates to us, our Website Maintenance plans include time each month for small changes.
No, hosting with us isn't required. Hosting with DigitUX does make things easier, with one team across your build, hosting and support. See our WordPress Hosting page for details.
Every package includes 30 days of launch support. If anything we've built stops working as approved, we'll fix it, and we're here to answer your questions as you settle in. You'll also receive a handover document with your website's key details and logins. New pages, design changes and new features are quoted separately. For ongoing peace of mind, our Website Maintenance plans keep your site secure, backed up and up to date.
