There is absolutely no doubt about how crazy and unique 2020 has been. The world was shaken like never before when Covid-19 hit our shores and changed our lives forever. More than 6 months later, people and businesses everywhere are still being affected, or have had to pivot in order to survive.

At DigitUX, we have done everything we can to look after our clients and prospective clients during this challenging time. It’s no secret that the digital world has somewhat exploded during 2020, with more people doing more from their devices at home. As such, DigitUX has helped clients to communicate with their customers via digital media as well as adapt digital marketing strategies in order to continue to get the best results and ROI for our clients.

At DigitUX, working closely with our clients is already embedded strongly in our culture, but during these past few months, our focus on customer service has really highlighted the benefits of what can be achieved – even in a pandemic!
