CONVERSION. RATE. OPTIMISATION.

Turn existing website visitors into leads & profitable customers

What is CRO?

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is the fastest way to convert website visitors into qualified leads and paying customers, through continuous testing, research and analysis.

Our Digital Marketing Specialists are highly skilled across the multifaceted techniques that make up conversion optimisation and have worked on many different client projects, across many different industries – so we know where the likely trigger points on any website will be.

While your website might be generating a large amount of visitors, CRO seeks to understand how those visitors are interacting with your website, and then tests relevant hypotheses in order to increase the number of conversions your website is receiving.

Why does my website need CRO?

There are many reasons why businesses perform CRO, some of which include, increasing website sales, increasing subscriptions to e-news & blogs and to generate more enquiries - all from existing website traffic.

Initially with conversion optimisation, there's no need to increase web traffic when there are opportunities to get more from your existing traffic. By streamlining your website to convert more visitors into customers, you can get a lot more out of your website.

DigitUX will discuss your conversion goals with you, then provide in-depth testing to identify new and untapped aspects of your website to increase profitability.

Our CRO Process

Knowing Our Client

Before starting a CRO campaign, we get to know the client behind the campaign. Who they are, what they do, their target market is and campaign objectives. The more we know, the more targeted approach we can make for your optimisation strategy.

Seeking Opportunities

Now that we know our client’s business inside and out, we then audit the website to look for obvious bottlenecks, blockages or untapped opportunities for increased conversions.

Knowing What to Test

DigitUX will create a targeted hypothesis that will outline why testing is taking place and how we plan to prove/disprove the hypothesis.

Remove All Doubt

We implement the proposed testing onto your website and then begin testing. Testing runs for a minimum of 30 days depending on the number of site visitors.

Proving or Disproving the Hypothesis

Once sufficient data has been collected, we thoroughly analyse the test, to either prove or disprove the hypothesis.

Our reporting is very insightful to clients as well, as it includes great visual data such as heatmaps and click analytics, so that you can physically see how visitors are interacting with your site.

Refine & Improve

No matter the outcome of a test, there are always refinements that can be made in order to improve on test results further. Depending on the outcome, this might mean testing other page attributes to increase conversion, or focusing attention on a new goal or objective of the website.
